2002:22 - 19 Maple Avenue, Peter Fuller, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit a non-conforming lot.
2002:23 - 4 Post Road, Pobama Trust, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of a single family dwelling that will be less than the required setback.
